WHAT IS REIKI?
“Reiki is Love, Love is wholeness, wholeness is balance, balance is well-being, well- being is freedom from disease.” - Dr. Mikao Usui

Reiki is an energy healing modality that was introduced by Dr. Mikao Usui in the late 19th century and since then has been practiced all over the world.

Reiki (Ray-Key) is Universal Life Force Energy. It is a holistic, natural energy healing system that touches on all levels of our being – body, mind, and spirit. A Reiki practitioner connects to this Universal Energy (of which we all are a part) and allows it to flow to a person in a hands-on healing session. Using intention and attention, the Universal Energy flows through him/her to the receiver to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal itself through the balancing of energy. The Reiki practitioner utilizes specific techniques for restoring and balancing the natural life force energy within the body.

The human body with its thoughts and emotions is essentially energy vibrating at different frequencies and a Reiki treatment helps balance the energy centres. This Universal Energy knows where the healing is required and flows there on its own. However, receivers have to be open to receiving it. The more open they are, the more they would benefit. Our doubts and fears block the flow of Reiki energy.

It rests on 5 principles:-

REIKI HEALING SESSIONS

I offer Reiki healing sessions and attunement at all levels in Auckland, New Zealand.

Reiki healing sessions are offered in a comfortable and safe environment. Reiki treatment will help you fine-tune your energy levels and elevate your energy vibrations to activate your healing process. Chakra cleansing and balancing are performed as guided and required. A typical session can last from one and a half hours to two hours. I provide spiritual support in every session along with a full Reiki treatment.

REIKI ATTUNEMENTS

You will be initiated for Reiki levels One, Two and Three in customized 12-hour training normally conducted over two days. Separate training is provided for Reiki at Teacher level.

Reiki opened me to higher vibrations and triggered cleansing at all levels within me, which paved the way to receiving Divine inspirations. With this background I integrate spiritual living in these Reiki courses, customized to your state of awareness.

At every level, you will receive a manual, audio meditations, certificate of completion and free ongoing support for further spiritual growth. Reiki Shares are organised every month for practice, support and confidence to treat yourself and others.

REIKI SHARES

Reiki Level One

Reiki First Degree will literally change all aspects of your life and will teach you how to give a Reiki treatment to yourself as well as others. You will be trained to sense energy, to do Gassho, and other meditations. You will learn about Reiki, the history of Reiki, Reiki Principles, chakras, chakra balancing, affirmations, grounding, hand positions and the entire procedure to give yourself and others a treatment. Grounding is an important part of Reiki and you will learn different ways to centre yourself.

Reiki Level Two

In this two-day course, you will be learning, drawing and using the Sacred Reiki Symbols. These symbols help on deeper issues and help release repressed emotions. You will be able to use these symbols to do chakra cleansing to heal at the mental and emotional levels.
In Reiki Two, you will develop a stronger connection with your spirit self and your interconnectedness with all beings, beyond time and space. You will learn to use the Sacred Reiki Symbols to do distant healing to self and others. The long distance healing technique is similar to prayers in that the client does not need to be physically present to receive healing energy.
The Reiki Level two Attunement process, scanning and beaming techniques strengthen your intuition. This will enhance your ability to sense energy blockages or energy abundance points in yourself and your clients and facilitate your access to it. Remember: we all possess intuition. We are all connected to this universal consciousness and to it. When your Higher Self is ready and in line with the Universe, this enhanced intuitive ability will help you in your daily life.

Reiki Master level / Reiki Level Three A

In Reiki Level Three, you will be learning the Master symbol (traditional and Tibetan)'that works at the karmic level to heal the soul. It activates a powerful energy for self- empowerment and is used for opening the spiritual connection and facilitating intuition and cellular healing. It is said to work at the genetic level and is valuable for treating ailments such as migraine headaches. Once you are attuned for this energy you can use the Master symbol for treating yourself and others every time you activate Reiki.
You will learn Japanese techniques to use on yourself and others during the Reiki treatment. Meditations to increase the energy flow in your body and to prepare you for giving an advanced level of treatment are a part of this training. You will learn about the Eighth Chakra - the soul star chakra which is the seat of Divine Love and compassion. Karma Clearance techniques and meditations will be conducted to help you heal your soul.
Reiki Level Three Attunement opens a doorway to higher energies that each one experiences differently. Many people have found that this Attunement increases their intuitive and psychic abilities.
My own spiritual journey started after Reiki Level Three which opened me up to higher vibrations of love and light. I felt transformed. So I lay emphasis on spiritual growth to increase awareness during the training.

Reiki Master Teacher

Reiki Teacher training is a call for service. At the Reiki Master Teacher level, you will learn to perform Attunements at all levels, learn the requirements to start a practice and the code of conduct to become a Reiki teacher with confidence.
